Rider/s Communication
Once you have completed the rider/s information form, you’ll be added to a private rider WhatsApp group where all event updates, details, and key information will be shared. This is also where you can talk to others on the ride.
Returning Rider
If you are a returning rider everything above applies to you.
But your total payments consist of a £100 deposit and a £100 final payment.
+£50 for an additional rider / pillion.
Ride Day
On the day of the ride, please arrive on time with a full tank of fuel. Bring everything you will need for 2 long days of riding and everything needed for an overnight stay. Check below for help on what to bring.
Full Payment
The full remaining payment of £150, +£50 for an additional rider / pillion is required by - 28 / 08 / 2026
If full payment is not paid by this date your place may be transferred to another willing participant and your £100 deposit lost.
Deposit
The Deposit of £100 (Non refundable) is required by - 01 / 07 / 2026

Rider/s Infomation
You will need to fill in the rider/s information form, within 72 hours after your application has been accepted. You receive your VNTR Rider ID to access. This form includes your contact information, vehicle details that may be required for events/accommodation and emergency contact details.
You will need to know your invitees details to complete the form.
Pillion OR Another Rider
Your place includes an invite for a Pillion OR Another Rider.
This person is the responsibility of the accepted rider and can affect your ability to participate in future rides. Invitee will share hotel accommodation. Twin / Double rooms will be available.
Event milestones
Bike Security
While some hotels do have private car parks with cameras, it is recommended that you bring your normal bike security if you have it.
Bikes will be parked together wherever possible and secure parking is requested but fully secure parking is not always available at overnight locations.
Maintained Bike
Your bike should be fully road worthy. Checked tires, chain, oil and coolant levels and working lights.
We suggest a full walk around before attending the event.
Rider Extras (Optional)
Portable charger for navigation in case you get separated.
Action cameras to capture the day and share later.
Intercom to connect to the group. (Cardo systems to link with the group)
Bike Extras
Carrying a small tool kit can go a long way for smaller issues that can be fixed on the roadside, visor cleaner and a tire repair kit where possible.
Bonus points for a cleaning cloth for clean bike photos!
Documents and Money
Whilst on a VNTR ride you should carry your driving licence and have easy access of your insurance and breakdown cover where applicable.
Spending money is also advised for meals (Excluding breakfast) and fuel as this is not included in the cost.
Overnight Essentials
What you bring, you will be carrying for 400-500 miles.
Make sure you bring a change of clothes for the evening, toiletries and a phone charger. Remember any medication you require.
Riding Gear
As we are riding in the UK, make sure you bring gear that is suitable for all types of weather as the ride will continue if safe to do so.
You will be riding roads you're not familiar with so gear is always recommended.
