Frequently asked questions
All upcoming rides are listed on the Schedule page. Each event clearly states whether it’s open to everyone or application-based. Red is Open, Yellow is application.
Open rides are free to join — just show up prepared.
Application rides require a short form to make sure the group stays aligned and manageable. Applications must be completed at minimum 3 months before the event. This is so payments can be coordinated. To apply click 'apply to ride'
Successful applicants will receive confirmation to join the ride. Either by email, text or direct message.
Applicants must then fill in the rider information form before being added to the WhatsApp group chat.
If you are not contacted to join an Application Only ride, don't worry it's nothing personal. All official events have limited space and returning riders take priority.
A space may become available for the ride if someone drops out.
Your application is stored for future rides and you may be contacted for these, asking if you would like to take part. You can also apply again, if you see an event go live that you like.
